• In General, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED for any product on learnmetallurgy.com
• For special circumtances , we may allow you to cancel your membership only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After using our services (i'e'. META members content), Partially or fully, the cancellation request will not be entertained

• We may consider Refund for special cases, but we are not restricted to refund.
• All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.
